Selling
Selling a property with vacancies
Empty flats or shop units cost money every month. For us, vacancy is not an exclusion criterion but often exactly the development potential we are looking for.
Vacancy is potential for us
We buy property for our own portfolio and for further development. We renovate, modernise and let empty units ourselves. That is why we also look at buildings where part or even most of the space is empty.
Common reasons for vacancy
- Flats would need renovating before they can be let again
- The ground-floor shop unit cannot find a new tenant
- Letting has become too much work for the owner, for example from a distance or in old age
- The property was inherited and is no longer managed
How to offer us the property
In the form, give us the location, the type of property and – if known – the number of units and the current net cold rent of the let space. Under “Further information” you can briefly describe which units are empty. Upload photos and documents directly with it.
Offer your property
Tell us about your property.
Offer us your property without obligation – even without an exposé or a specific asking price.
