Do you also buy properties in need of refurbishment?
Yes. We are expressly interested in older apartment buildings with a need for modernisation, vacancies or development potential. A property does not have to be fully refurbished to be of interest to us.
Do I need to have an asking price in mind?
No. You can offer us your property without a specific asking price. If you already have a rough idea or a price range, however, it helps us to assess your offer more quickly and see whether it is a match.
Do I need to know the exact rental income?
No. If you know the current net cold rent, feel free to enter it. A rough figure is enough for a first assessment. We can review the exact rental documents later if we are interested.
Do I need an exposé?
No. A little information is enough for a first review. You are welcome to upload any documents or photos you have straight away.
Can estate agents offer properties too?
Yes. We also welcome suitable property offers from estate agents, property managers and other market participants.
Do you also buy let properties?
Yes. We buy fully let properties as well as properties with vacancies or development potential.
Do I have to be available by phone?
No. You decide whether you would like to be contacted by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. A personal meeting can also be arranged by appointment.
